My background crosses nonprofit strategy, research, advertising and marketing, operations, international logistics, manufacturing, community leadership, urban farming and gardening, and applied AI consulting.
That range matters because a revenue problem may also be a capacity problem; a labor problem may be a workflow-design problem; and an AI question may really be a strategy or data-quality question.

- Separate signal from noise. Use AI for research, synthesis, comparison, verification, and repetitive analysis while keeping consequential judgment visible.
- Find the smallest useful intervention. Start with the test, workflow, prototype, or decision tool that can create a meaningful answer.
- Roll up my sleeves. Build the workflow, prototype, research system, dashboard, decision model, or process that makes a recommendation usable.
- Leave the system better than I found it. Aim for clearer decisions, less drag, stronger information, or a repeatable way of working.

Dusty Rose Gardens is an homage to my gardening roots. A garden is an ecosystem: growth depends on the conditions around it, not one isolated intervention.
Before adding a tool, campaign, automation, or AI system, I want to understand the environment, constraints, people, and tradeoffs. Then I build something practical that leaves the organization more capable.
