Challenge
Growth spending is not always the first move.
A Los Angeles Thai massage spa needed a clearer picture of where bookings and operational attention were leaking before committing more resources to advertising. The work reconciled available business data and tested the assumptions behind the proposed growth move.
What I did
Turned a business question into a small test.
Diagnostic approach
- Reconciled baseline and aggregate revenue evidence.
- Mapped business leaks and tested the highest-impact assumptions.
- Built an intervention matrix rather than a single generic recommendation.
- Defined a focused pilot card and responsive decision sequence.
Outcome
A credible experiment, not a manufactured result.
The diagnostic identified the smallest growth experiment worth running before spending more on advertising. It gave the business a privacy-safe evidence base for deciding what to test next.
What this demonstrates
Data reconciliation, growth diagnosis, AI-assisted analysis, target correction, business judgment, and experiment design.
Claim boundary. This project is not yet live; no booking or revenue lift is claimed. The public client label is intentionally anonymized, and confidential customer and business details are withheld.
