Project 04 · Prototype

AI Rapid Response Intelligence System

A working prototype that turns a breaking issue into audited intelligence, human analysis, strategic options, and executive-ready response materials.

Challenge

Speed can create a trust problem.

Breaking issues force consequential decisions before a conventional research cycle can catch up. The challenge is not merely generating information faster; it is producing intelligence that can be checked, understood, and turned into a timely response.

What I did

Made the research-and-decision loop inspectable.

Approved prototype flow

  • Deploy five deep-research agents in parallel.
  • Aggregate findings and route them to an independent auditor for verification, contradictions, and gaps.
  • Require a human-analysis checkpoint before strategy proceeds.
  • Compare three strategic paths and produce executive brief, exposure dashboard, and strategy dossier previews.
Demonstrated value

Human judgment remains the decision gate.

The local prototype demonstrates a complete end-to-end workflow using a sanitized federal-funding-cut scenario with fictional nonprofits and representative data. It supports timely strategy assistance and fact-based decision making while keeping uncertainty, assumptions, and human decisions visible.

What this demonstrates

Rapid research deployment, multi-agent orchestration, independent AI audit, human-in-the-loop analysis, scenario comparison, UX/UI, and rapid prototyping.

Prototype boundary. This is a portfolio prototype—not production software. It does not claim production reliability, enterprise security, automatic factual accuracy, measured user time savings, or deterministic prediction of future funding actions.

Bring a fast-moving, messy information problem.
